We have no idea why Botanica is around.  Botanica has no idea why Botanica is around.  We have no idea how she got through Megatron's infallible planetary defense system while entire battle fleets were turned away.  We tend not to ask these question, just smile and nod and accept it.  She dig short guys with rat tails, but has trouble fending off overbearing monkeys.
