Flu + Christmas Season = AAAARG!

So, I'm sick. Not life or death, but that seemed like a good title.

Here's something I don't get. Every once and a while, at work, I get some customer who is convinced they're 'getting the better of me'. You know, where they're convinced that they either know more than me, or that they're just better than me in general.

What the hell is up with that?

I mean, if they're so much better than I am, why is it that nine times out of ten, they're the same people who return a phone because they forgot to buy the one with an answering machine, or they break their PDA and don't understand why we won't take it back after two months when they don't have the service plan...

I guess it's that the most ignorant of us feel the need to pretend like they know the most.
