That Drak.net has the best customer service ever.

Plain and simple, these guys rock. They're the company I buy my hosting from, if you hadn't noticed, and you might be asking yourself why me, a customer of three years is singing their praises.

Well, if you send a message to a company's support e-mail at two in the morning on Saturday/Friday night, how fast do you expect a reply? Drak got back to me by noon today (Saturday). And the person who replied to me was their owner herself.

This is why I've remained with these guys even though there are cheaper offers out there. Best damned support from a webhost in the f***ing world if you ask me.
