Let's Do The Timewarp Again...

Tonite was a damned good night.

I went to OA at first, and we watched the first four episodes of "Last Exile". It was really good, although I hear it doesn't maintain that quality... but what do I know. I just watched four kickass episodes of it.

After that, Kevin, Anthony, Topher, Bikkle, Donavent, and myself went down to see the Rocky Horror Picture show, which is done annually at Davies. Kevin, sadly, brought with him a young lady who may never speak to him again. But it was a fantastic time none the less. I had fun... lots of fun.

After much chanting of "Neil", "Brains" and "Alkaseltzer" (Don't ask, I was doing it and I don't get it myself), we got back up the hill, and watched some of a Studio Ghibli film I hadn't seen before. I have since forgotten the name of said film.

A group of us hung out for a while, and in the end it was Julia, Thor, Cheryl, Gojirra and myself left... which seems to be a reoccuring set of people for the end of OA meetings these days.

But, none the less, I had a great time. Not everything turned out as I had hoped, but everything turned out the way I expected it. So while I'm not disappointed, per say, I'm not as happy about it as I could have been. That last statement refers to the "untalked about subject" from the last few entries. But again, while things didn't go as I had hoped, that hasn't stopped me from having a damned good time.

I don't know, I think I'm finally starting to get a hang of this whole "comfortable being single" thing. I mean, I know it's been a while, but I think that this is what I need in my life right now.

I still really like girls though. *grin*

I had a good time tonite though, as can be seen by the fact that I went out, and came back home twelve hours later.

That's usually a pretty good indicator as to whether I'm having a good time.
