Need to stop pulling all-nighters. Really. I'm going to take a nap before class, but I'm tired. So tired.
Firefox v1.0 is finally out, and I reccomend that everybody download it. I've ranted about the superiority of the Mozilla Foundation's web products for years, and their new version of Firefox is no exception. Trust me when I say that if you were waiting to switch to a Mozilla brand browser, now is the time to finally make the jump. Tabbed browsing, no pop up ads, a built in RSS reader... it's just neat.
I reccomend checking out Thunderbird as an e-mail application, but I think the browser is an easier sell. *grin*
There's a new issue of The Flip Side of UW Eau Claire out today, and I think it's an issue that we should all take a look at. The feature in this issue is a list of the 1,113 American soldiers who have died in the Iraq war. You can read about it here. It's rather sobering, but definitely worth a look.
Of course, the big news you'll see around last night's news cycle is that John Ashcroft RESIGNED... which is almost surreal. Of course, his "reason" for resigning is almost like he's been living in a different reality... but I guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, eh?
I don't have much more to say today, but I should give Erika a call pretty soon to make sure she gets up for class...
...laters.
