As I haven't put something like this online for a while, this is the current (and modified) list of what needs to get done before I bring TRHBlogs out of Beta.

What needs to get done before I bring it out of Beta:
Friends List Style Blog Roll (Using RSS Feeds)
Easier to remember URLS
Group Blogs
Ability to create a password so others can read your private posts
Full Help System
