Today's Mandatory Update

I've been lax on updating this space lately, I know, but I've been fairly busy. So, this is me, updating. I now, how exciting. I have several things to talk about though.

Tomorrow, bright and early, a bunch of us are headed off to MarsCon over in nearby Minnesota, to do a promotional room party for NoBrandCon. We're hoping to get some good contacts, but most importantly: We're looking to have a lot of fun. We'll get our geek on, and I'm actually going to be giving away a couple of Gardening Ninja T-shirts as prizes. It will be a good time. Speaking of NoBrandCon, most everything has been falling into place. I'm incredibly excited about this year's event (April 21-23). It should be quite the funn time. I think everyone should make sure they come, and PreRegister as well. Yeah.

Last night I participated in a candidate's forum on Community Television. They had most of us running in the 6 contested County Board races, and I think it went well. It was broadcast live both on CTV and on 101.9 FM. It should be rerun on CTV at some point, but I'm not sure when. In any case, I think it went well overall. I'll be going in to record a candidate profile on Monday at CTV as well. Of course, most of the readers of this space don't get this channel, but heck - what can ya' do?

I've been incredibly busy though lately, with School, Work, the Campaign, and NoBrandCon... on the other hand - I did manage to write a new Craptacular Web article (sadly, mostly ripped from this blog), and I ran into Erin and the baby yesterday as well (Adrienne is incredibly cute, by the way). So, not all is stress. Some is very good. And the stressful stuff is actually good as well... I'm just very, very, very busy.
