Strange Searches for Wednesday
Posted Oct 1, 2008 - 16:37:53

So, I've done this a number of times in the past - several times in recent memory in fact - but I felt like doing this again. I'm digging up the strange things that people searched for in various search engines (Google, Yahoo, Live, etc) that got them to TRHOnline. It's funny, the first time I did this I thought it would be something that I'd pull up every once and a while... but little did I know that I'd be finding regular comedy gold.

Wonderful and weird comedy gold.

So, without further ado, I give you this week's batch of bizarre search terms that caused very confused people to stumble into my website's open arms:
movies based on true story
"Linda Park" "dr horrible"
gandhis concept of nationalism
www.vishva nirmala dharma.com
pretty japan girl
we The Guy Your Mother Warned You About
work in the special victims unit, in wisconsin
british voting habits compared to american
+SFA +Shaq-Fu-Army
vampire movie trivia
e-card HaPpy bitrhday
stress with starting a new job after graduation
purple ramdom
costume duct tape bubble wrap
bubble wrap armor
articles on stuff
pictures of Frank Sinatra plays
weird little martys
milwaukee area voyuers
hugs trae
I officially love that last one... "hugs trae." I feel really good that someone out there was looking up how to hug me. It's very important. And what exactly are "weird little martys?" And who is looking for voyeurs in the Milwaukee area? Do they have a support group or are they looking for someone to help boost them up into trees?

This particular batch also contains people looking for life advice, which I have to yet again point out I am in no way equipped to help anyone with anything. I mean, I don't know how to help you with your stress management in post-graduation employment, but I hope my Sci Fi Channel Original Film Generator helped you once you got here.

I sometimes think some of these people don't really know what they're looking for anyways. "Articles on stuff" just seems like the sort of thing you type into Google when you just have no idea what to look for in the first place.

Eh.
