Random Art - Phillip Masters

So today's random art is a character we'll meet in Monday's The Chronicles of Crosarth. Phillip isn't a major character, or even an important one, other than that he's the cousin of (so far rarely seen, but will be important later) Ilyena Masters, the XO and Gunner of the HMS Hummingbird.

He'll only show up a few times, but since I spend as much effort on designing the smaller characters, I thought I'd share this with you guys today.
