Hello from Erin's floor!

I'm currently on the floor of Erin's apartment, typing on her iBook (I still plan on stealing this thing... I just haven't figured out the how part yet). I'm in the middle of spending the weekend in Eau Claire (I say "in the middle of" because I'm not heading back until Tuesday), and at this momentary lull I'm writing this update.

I didn't leave until late on Friday, because it was my Dad's birthday - and I was obviously not going to miss out on an opportunity to make fun of my Dad for getting older. I drove up here in the middle of the night, and got to Eau Claire at about 1:45pm or so (and I promptly fell asleep upon arriving).

On Saturday (YAY MIDSUMMER!), Erin and I went down to Acoustic in the mid-afternoon. She had ice-cream, and I had lunch. We then walked around by the river, and then saw X-men 2 at the budget for the heck of it.

That night, Erin had some people over for Midsummer (the solstice for those of you who don't speak Trae), and grilling of meat and non-meat substances was had. Erin and I then took a fairly long walk around the neighborhood.

And now it's Sunday, and Erin's peering over my shoulder - wondering why the heck I'm still using her iBook. So, I'll conclude the entry here.

Huzzah. You kids be good - and don't do anything I wouldn't do... whatever that is. I don't know... I should stop talking now. Yeah.
