My selection comes from William Gibson's Idoru: His computer there, a featureless black cube.

There were much better sentences on that page, but unfortunately that's the one the game made me pick. I also find it funny that the book happened to be a William Gibson book while I was watching Hackers... if you don't understand why that's funny, well... I feel sad for you.

I woke up today to a phone call from Anna. She's in country for a little while before she goes back to Africa, and we've been failing to get ahold of each other. We've made plans to hang out Thursday night though, which should be pretty cool. Anna's one of those people who I haven't stayed in touch with as much as I'd like. Sure, her being in Mali with the Peace Corps for the last year and a half hasn't really helped, but I was falling out of touch before that. Ah well, these are problems which are easily resolved. *grin*

On Friday I'm likely driving up to Eau Claire for a few days, to apply for jobs and to see Erika. I'll probably be up there for a few days, so updates will probably be rare for those days (okay, so it's not like I had been updating every day, but I'm attempting to get back into the habit). Also, I'll probably be free on Monday while Erika's off in class to do stuff, if anyone is interested in hanging out.
